Merry Gear Solid 2 is the sequel to Arthur “Mr Podunkian” Lee’s popular Merry Gear Solid and continues the tradition of lampooning while spooning the Metal Gear Solid series with a Christmassy twist. Play the game via this link to Podunk’s website.

Talk about a challenge for your first proper game soundtrack, I was tasked with creating music similar to the stealth-based intensity from MGS combined with the light-hearted whimsy of Christmas tunes. Fortunately, being a long time fan of both this was something I could get my teeth into.
